Cecilia Solís is a multidisciplinary materials scientist whose main research interests focus on advanced materials and characterization techniques for green energy applications. She has investigated ionic and protonic conducting materials from fundamental studies (epitaxial thin films) to final devices (fuel cells and electrolyzers) and the development of new alloys. Her special interest in neutron and X-ray scattering techniques has allowed her to correlate structural and physical properties of different materials to improve final devices.
